When booking an appointment, you agree to adhere to the policies established by stylist Kynssie Mack. All policies are listed below.
G E N E R A L B O O K I N G —
Please note that all signature color appointments require a non-refundable $50 deposit when booking. This amount secures your appointment and will go towards your total appointment cost. This is the only appointment type that requires a deposit.
C A N C E L L A T I O N S —
Appointments need to be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged up to 100% of the service total.
This policy helps protect the time reserved specifically for you, as last minute cancellations often cannot be filled.
L A T E F E E —
I allow a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, you may have your appointment modified or rescheduled based on the remaining time available to avoid impacting the remainder of the days schedule. A rescheduling fee of $50 will apply in order to secure a new appointment slot.
If you choose not to reschedule or fail to communicate regarding your appointment, it will be treated as a same-day cancellation and subject to the cancellation policy.
N O S H O W S —
Failure to attend a scheduled service without notice will result in a 100% charge of the service amount.
Future appointments may require full prepayment at the time of booking.
R E F U N D S —
Due to the time, products, and expertise invested in every appointment, all services are non-refundable.
If you have concerns regarding your service, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment. I will be happy to schedule an adjustment appointment, when appropriate, to ensure you leave loving your hair.
